Lana is a heavy weight wool blend embroidery thread. It is three times thicker than standard weight Viscose, Polyester or Cotton thread, making it ideal for soft, fluffy or textured designs. 

Ideal for use on medium to heavyweight fabrics such as wool, linen or lightweight denim.

Great for decorative machine embroidery or quilting.

Recommended needle is Madeira Lana Needle Art.9452T

Use the Lana Brush Art.9467 to create the soft, fluffy texture.
